Terms & Conditions

Please notify Bright Stars Speech Therapy as soon as possible in the event of cancellation of an appointment.
Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the full session cost. This includes cancellations due to illness (child or parent).
Missed appointments (with no contact) will be subject to the full session cost, payable within 7 days.
All sessions must be paid for on the day of the session.
